Christina is a native of Florida. Her family moved to Stuart in 1989 and has lived on the Treasure Coast since. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Christina has spent most of her time in the Advertising and Marketing field working for Hometown News and Coast 101.3 Radio. She has also spent time as an Executive Assistant. During the early 2000’s she had volunteered for many charity organizations that include Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, Pop Warner and the Stuart Police Department.
Chris Stamper

L-3 Harris Aircraft Technician
Chris was born in Annapolis, Maryland and quickly moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL at the age of three. He considers himself as a Floridian. He served in the US Navy right after high school. After his tour he attended Broward County Community College and obtained his Aircraft and Powerplant License. Over the last 20 years he has worked as an aircraft technician. He currently works overseas for L-3 Harris doing contract work for the military.
Chris believes in his wife’s vision and has stood by her side since Madison’s Miracles’ inception. He loves that families are being impacted in such a positive way. It does help his own grief as his daughter’s legacy continues and she will never be forgotten.
Beth Hawn

Cleveland Clinic Florida- Director of Women’s Services
Elizabeth (Beth) Hawn, MSN, RNC-NIC, NE-BC is the Director of Maternal Child Services at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. Beth was instrumental in the opening and expansion of Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital .She has been a nurse for 43 years graduating from Our Lady of Lourdes School of nursing in 1978. She obtained her BSN from the University of Delaware and her MSN from Western Governor University. She is certified in Neonatal Intensive Care, Obstetrical and Neonatal quality and safety as well as being a Board Certified Nurse Executive. She has spent her entire career in Maternal Child Nursing starting as a staff nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit. Prior to moving to Florida, Beth lived in NJ and was the nurse manager of the neonatal intensive care unit for 25 years at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden NJ. Beth is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN), Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurse (AWHONN), and Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative, (FPQC). She was involved in the early 1990s with research with surfactant replacement therapies in the premature infants as well as conducting her own research on parental stress and kangaroo care in the NICU.
Beth has served on various boards throughout her career including the Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative, Martin County Healthy Start from 2009- 2016,,St Lucie County Healthy Start from 2017-2020 and joined Madison’s Miracles Board in 2019. She currently serves as the Board secretary. Beth has volunteered for numerous nonprofits including March of Dimes, Martin Health Lifesavers, and Madison’s Miracles. She is passionate about working with new nurses and helping them achieve their goals and she is also passionate about helping families who have a baby in the NICU. She has been married for over 40 years to her husband Barry who is retired and is the proud mother of a son Christopher, and a daughter Jenna. She recently became a grandmother to twins Lila and Logan. She likes to travel in her spare time.
Eileen Villafane

Virtual Bookkeeping Solution
Originating from Ft. Pierce, Florida, Eileen relocated to Stuart in 1988 and called Martin County her permanent home. Her son is her life, and Eileen can always be found living each moment to the fullest whether she is running races, riding bikes, lounging on the beach or simply spending time with her family. She stays actively involved in her community. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, a Public Notary, and an Ordained Minister. She brings 20 plus years of experience in the bookkeeping profession to the services provided to her clientele. Eileen has significant bookkeeping experience in hospitality, construction and other commercial industries. She has experienced the inside of businesses as CFO, Controller and Accounting Manager as well as involvement in all aspects of business and bookkeeping functions.
Eileen has been a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor for all QuickBooks programs since 2012. Eileen attended Indian River State College in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Eileen’s business Virtual Bookkeeping Solutions is a past grant recipient of the Business Accelerator Program. Having much involvement and experience in small businesses, Eileen understands the importance of keeping family a top priority while staying on top of career demands. Eileen is energetic and passionate about assisting small business owners with their financial needs. Eileen recognizes the need for affordable, outsourced financial solutions for small to medium-sized businesses that do not require a full-time bookkeeper on staff. Family, meeting new people and having new experiences are what drives Eileen to do more for her community!
Beatrice Dejoie

State of Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities – Regional Program Supervisor
Beatrice (Bea) Dejoie was born in New York City and raised in Hillside, New Jersey. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Rutgers University the school of Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. During her time at Rutgers activity participated in student organizations. Bea relocated to Florida to raise her child in 2002 and now a mother of three.
Currently Beatrice holds the position as the Regional Program Supervisor of the Southeast Region with the state agency (APD) The Agency for Persons with Disabilities. The Southeast regions covers the 4 counties of the Treasure Coast, West Palm Beach and Broward County.
Beatrice has been a long-time friend and one- time neighbor of Christina. Beatrice was involved with Madison’s Miracles from the inception. Beatrice will continue to support this foundation as she sees the impact that it is having in our community and beyond.
Amy Thornton

O’Donnell Impact Windows and Storm Protection – Marketing Director
Amy Thornton is a Florida transplant by way of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She followed her heart and the lure of Disney World, (her favorite place) down here in 2007 and spends her days working at O’Donnell Storm Protection, reading, snuggling with her three cats, and laughing with her husband.
Captivated by the belief of spreading kindness, Amy is always looking for ways to help others and bring joy. Involving herself with local charitable organizations, including Tykes and Teens has allowed Amy to gain knowledge of the nonprofit world. After meeting Christina Stamper at a local chamber event, Amy fell in love with the mission of Madison’s Miracles and feels blessed to be on their Board of Directions and the comfort, support and love they provide to families who suffer such a great loss.
Andrea Augst

Andrea Augst is the Human Resources Business Partner at St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. As a seasoned professional she has more than 10 years of hospitality experience. She excels in customer service and satisfaction, and employee retention and engagement. She is very goal oriented and organized. She is an asset to every endeavor she pursues; be it through work programs she has helped organize or outside programs she volunteers to be a part of. Outside of work she enjoys regular exercising, biking, hiking and loves the beach!
Andrea has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hospitality Management and has continued her studies within the Human Resources field, recently passing her SHRM-CP examination.
As a health care professional, she has joined the Board of Directors of Madison ‘s Miracles as a way to give back to her community and help families Martin County where she presently resides, as well as St. Lucie and Palm Beach Counties. She truly believes in their mission statement and feels she can be an asset to their organization.
